1. Product Availability & Variations
All products are handcrafted and made to order. Flowers, fruits, dry fruits, baskets, trays, décor elements, packaging materials, colours, and styling are subject to seasonal and market availability.
In the event that any item is unavailable, Fashnkraft reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall design, theme, and quality.
2. Handmade Products
As all our products are handcrafted, minor variations in design, arrangement, colour shades, flower placement, and finishing may occur. Such variations are natural and do not constitute defects.
3. Floral Products
Fresh flowers are perishable by nature. Flower varieties, colours, and styling may vary based on availability and seasonal conditions.
Certain flowers, including mogra and other delicate blooms, may have a shorter lifespan due to weather conditions, handling, and storage factors. While every effort is made to ensure freshness, longevity cannot be guaranteed.
4. Fruit, Dry Fruit & Edible Products
All fruits, dry fruits, sweets, chocolates, and edible products are sourced fresh and inspected prior to dispatch.
Product appearance, size, weight, and packaging may vary depending on seasonal availability and vendor supply.
5. Custom Orders
For customized hampers, floral arrangements, décor setups, wedding gifting, corporate gifting, and event projects, any changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.
6. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs and market rates.
GST, delivery charges, packaging upgrades, personalization charges, and any additional services will be charged separately unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
7. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Orders are processed only after confirmation and receipt of payment as agreed.
As materials are sourced specifically for each order, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been confirmed. Any cancellation request after confirmation may be subject to applicable charges at the sole discretion of Fashnkraft.
8. Delivery Policy
Delivery timings are indicative and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, logistical constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.
The recipient or an authorized representative must be available to receive the order at the time of delivery.
For Uber, Porter, courier, or third-party delivery services, customers are responsible for coordinating collection and receipt of the order.
9. Damage During Transit
Fashnkraft ensures that all products are securely packed before dispatch.
Once the order has been handed over to the customer, courier partner, Uber, Porter, or any third-party logistics provider, Fashnkraft shall not be held responsible for damage, delays, mishandling, spoilage, or deterioration occurring during transit.
10. Door Delivery Assistance
If delivery assistance by a Fashnkraft team member is specifically requested and available, additional service charges may apply.
11. Décor & Event Services
For event décor, wedding setups, floral installations, and venue styling, final execution may vary slightly from reference images due to venue conditions, flower availability, weather, and operational requirements.
12. Photography & Marketing
Fashnkraft reserves the right to photograph completed products, décor setups, and installations for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Force Majeure
Fashnkraft shall not be liable for delays or non-performance arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Fashnkraft, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
